Refund Policy

FTH3WORLD handles returns, exchanges, and refunds based on product type and the condition of the item received back.

Return Eligibility

Eligible physical products may be returned within 14 days of confirmed delivery. Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags or original packaging where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

Digital products, downloadable content, and any item marked final sale are not eligible for return once delivered or accessed. Wellness or supplement items may not be returned if opened, used, damaged, or otherwise not in resalable condition.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color for an eligible apparel or accessory item, contact support@fth3world.com with your order number. Exchange requests depend on current inventory availability.

Refund Processing

Once a return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank, card network, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support@fth3world.com promptly with your order number and clear photos if available so we can review the issue and assist.
